AGENDA FOR THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

To be held on 4.3.24 from 18.30 to 19.00 in Wigtoft Village Hall

 

Wigtoft Parish Council invites all electors, residents and groups/organisations from the Parish of Wigtoft to the above meeting.

 

  1. To confirm and sign the notes as minutes from the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 6.3.23
  2. To receive the annual report of Wigtoft Parish Council from the Chairperson. Councillor Sandra Brigham.
  3. To receive any presentations from groups/organisations from within the village.
  4. Public Forum – individual residents may share comments, views and matters of local interest and ask questions of the Parish Council.

 

Meeting ends at 19.00 to be followed by the usual monthly meeting.
