Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 3rd February,2020 commencing at 19:00 in Wigtoft Village Hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

12. To review the February monthly play area inspection undertaken by Cllr GW and to decide if the equipment needs repainting.
13. To decide whether to fund the purchase of a tree for the wildlife garden and to agree a maximum spend.
14. To complete the annual review of the Standing Orders of the Council.
15. Highways: An update on the work required on the footpath on Main Road; an update on Green Lane.
16. To decide on any repairs or replacements needed on the Christmas Lights.
17. To discuss setting up a regular village litter pick.
18. To complete the survey about Public Rights of Way.
