You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 7th November 2022, commencing at 19:00 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

- Planning: B/22/0436, installation of a 24-panel ground mounted solar panel system at Yew Tree House, Wigtoft Bank.

- To discuss budget planning for 2023/24. To further discuss information about the Scribe accounting system to Council for consideration for the next financial year.

- To confirm the dates for the Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual meeting of the Parish Council.
- To review the October play area inspection undertaken by Cllr Smith. To discuss the updated quote from Wicksteed Leisure for a replacement roundabout in the play area at a cost of £6623.34. To further discuss the possibility of having a barrier at the exit of the Wildlife Garden to the A17.
- To review the state of the footpath outside the chicken farm and decide if any actions are needed.
