Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 5th December 2022, commencing at 19:00 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

  6. Financial matters: Accounts for payment and budget figures. To decide who will check the Bank reconciliation from 1.7.22 to 30.9.22. 
  7. Planning: B/22/0469, outline application for residential development of one dwelling at The Old Vicarage, U Haul, Main Road, Wigtoft.

  11. To discuss replacing the Christmas Lights (BL)
  12. To review the November play area inspection undertaken by Cllr Mills and to review the results of the annual playing field/play area inspection undertaken by Wicksteed.  To discuss the updated quote from Wicksteed Leisure for a replacement roundabout in the play area at a cost of £5283.10. To discuss the quote received to install a 5-bar gate at the exit of the Wildlife Garden onto the A17.
  13. To complete the budget planning for 2023/24. To further discuss information about the Scribe accounting system to Council for consideration for the next financial year.
  14. To review the state of the footpath outside the chicken farm, update on any actions in progress and decide if any further actions are needed.
  15. To discuss the advice received from LALC about Parish Council’s secure email systems.
  16. To further discuss the Casual Vacancy for a Parish Councillor.
