Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 1st August 2022, commencing at 19:30 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
  5. Notes of the meeting held on 4.7.22 to be confirmed and signed as minutes.
  6. Financial matters: Accounts for payment for July and budget figures. To decide who will check the Bank reconciliation.
  7. Planning: None.
  8. Correspondence.
  9. Councillor’s reports.
  10. Clerk’s report.
  11. To review the July play area quarterly inspection undertaken by Cllr Brigham, to receive the June inspection from Cllr Baxter and to decide who will do the August inspection.
  12. To discuss the reply received about the footpath from the owners of the chicken farm.
  13. To discuss the results of the traffic survey and to agree any actions including the request for Community Speedwatch volunteers.
  14. To discuss the Wildlife Garden (SB).
  15. To discuss the Parish Council printer.
