- To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interest.
- Notes of the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on the 6.10.25 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairperson.
- Financial matters: To resolve to accept the accounts for payment for October 2025, to be checked and signed by 2 Councillors at this meeting and to review the budget figures for the year to date. Bank balance £13185.90 as at 28.10.25. To hand the bank reconciliation for the period 1.7.25 to 30.9.25 to Cllr Brigham for checking.

- To review the play area inspection undertaken by Cllr Smith for October 25 and decide if any actions are needed. Cllr Baxter to undertake the next inspection.
- To ratify the agreement to spend £950 + vat to remove a fallen tree and a diseased tree in the playing field resolved by a majority by email in line with Financial Regulations 6.8 (v).
- To ratify the agreement to spend £150 to order the annual play area inspection from Wicksteed Leisure resolved by a majority by email in line with Financial Regulation 6.8 (v).
- To ratify the agreement to spend £95 to order the cutting of the grass in the Wildlife Area resolved by a majority by email in line with Financial Regulations 6.8 (v).
- To agree a spend of £103.50 for the Internal audit cost for the financial year 25 – 26.
