  1. Chairman’s remarks.
  2. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
  3. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interest.
  4. Notes of the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on the 2.6.25 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairperson.
  5. Financial matters:  To resolve to accept the accounts for payment for June 2025, to be checked and signed by 2 Councillors at this meeting and to review the budget figures to the year to date.  Bank balance £9837.14 as at 1.7.25.
  6. Planning: None
  7. Correspondence received since the June meeting.
  8. Reports from Parish Councillors.
  9. Reports from Borough and County Councillors.
  10. Clerk’s report.
  11. To review the play area inspection undertaken by the Cllr Collingwood for June 25 and decide if any actions are needed.
  12. To review and confirm that the current Data Protection Policy and the Subject Access Procedure are the up to date versions and to update the website accordingly.
  13. To discuss the new IT policy and to resolve to adopt.
  14. To discuss and update the progress made on potentially purchasing a domain name to be able to use a gov.uk email address for the clerk and Councillors. (Practitioners Guide 2025).
