- To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interest.
- Notes of the monthly meeting of the Parish Council held on the 5.10.26 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairperson.
- Financial matters: a) To resolve to accept the accounts for payment for October 2026, to be checked and signed by 2 Councillors at this meeting. b) To review the budget figures for the year to date at 27.10.26 . c) Bank balance £19645.71 at 27.10.26.d)To hand the Bank Reconciliation covering 1.7.26 to 30.9.26 to Cllr Collingwood for checking.

- To review the playing field inspection undertaken by Cllr Brigham in October. An update on any activities in the Playing field/play area and Wildlife Garden (fence repair, installation of sign in Wildlife Garden. cleaning of both gates and other items in the playing field, application of green mould and algae killer, clip for football net and repairs and painting of all benches in the village). To arrange the next playing field/play area inspection by Cllr Collingwood in conjunction with the annual inspection report.
- To commence discussions about budget planning for 27 – 28 and cover the main detailed planning with completion due by the December 26 meeting.
