DRAFT MINUTES OF THE EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING OF WIGTOFT PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 21st SEPTEMBER 2020.
This meeting was held by a video link conference call due to the restrictions in force in relation to the Corona virus pandemic.
Present: Cllr P Craven; Cllr S Brigham; Cllr S Collingwood; Cllr B Leggott; Cllr S Baxter; Cllr S Smith.

Chairman’s remarks – The Chairman, Cllr PC, thanked the Councillors for attending.
63/20 Apologies for absence and reasons given
Cllr G Wright sent his apologies. It was resolved to accept his apologies and reason for absence.
064/20 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
None.
065/20 Planning
- B/20/0286, erection of a two-storey side extension at 4 Hipper Lane, Wigtoft, PE20 2PY. It was resolved that there were no comments.
- B/20/0308, erection of a single storey side and rear extension and car port following demolition of existing conservatory at Weavers Cottage, Asperton Road, Wigtoft, PE20 2PJ. It was resolved that there were no comments.
- B/20/0322, Erection of detached double garage at Coronation House, Clover Lane, Wigtoft, PE20 2NU. It was resolved that there were no comments.
ACTION: Clerk to advise planning department at Boston Borough Council.
