 Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 5th July 2021, commencing at 19:30 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

MASKS MUST BE WORK AT ALL TIMES BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC UNLESS SPEAKING DURING THE PUBLIC FORUM. COUNCILLORS AND THE CLERK MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES UNLESS SEATED WHILE THE MEETING IS IN PROGRESS.

  16. To retrospectively agree the purchase of a litter bin at a cost of £304.50 and the cleaning and treatment of the benches in the village and play area at a cost of £260.
  17. To discuss the June quarterly play area inspection undertaken by Cllr PC and the May monthly inspection. To review the jet washing work carried out.
  18. To further discuss the proposed Village event.
  19. To discuss the maintenance of the wildflower garden and the path leading to it. 
  20. To discuss the quote for the replacement of the wetpour in the play area at a cost of £1966.50.
  21. An update on the grass cutting in the churchyard by the Community Service Group (Cllr Brigham).
