Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 2nd August 2021, commencing at 19:30 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.
MASKS MUST BE WORK AT ALL TIMES BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC UNLESS SPEAKING DURING THE PUBLIC FORUM. COUNCILLORS AND THE CLERK MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES UNLESS SEATED WHILE THE MEETING IS IN PROGRESS.

- To discuss the July monthly play area inspection undertaken by Cllr SS. An update on the loose fittings on the small embankment slide and on the additional quote for the wetpour repairs. To agree the type of annual inspection to be undertaken by Wicksteed.
- To discuss the proposed offer of regular website, Microsoft office and IT support from Pete Langford via LALC.
- To discuss the offer from Boston Borough Council to hold a free Dementia Friends Information Session for Councillors and residents of the Parish.
- To discuss the proposed village Christmas meal.
- An update on the maintenance of the wildflower garden and the path leading to it PC
- An update on the grass cutting in the churchyard by the Community Service Group (Cllr Brigham).
