You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wigtoft Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 3rd April 2023, commencing at 19:30 in the village hall. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.
The meeting will commence with a 10-minute public forum during which time individual members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

- Financial matters: Accounts for payment and budget figures. To decide who is to check the bank reconciliation up to 31.3.23.

- To discuss the requirement for a new sign for the Bowls Club, discussed at the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 6.3.23.
- To confirm the review of the Fixed Asset Register.
- To review the Parish Council’s Code of Conduct policy, Communications Policy and the Social Media Policy.
- To review the March play area inspection, including the inspection of the footpath in front of the chicken farm, undertaken by Cllr Mills. To receive the play area inspection for December 22 from Cllr Baxter. To review the action plan for items needing attention in the playing field. To decide who will do the monthly inspection for this month.
