  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
  5. Notes of the meeting held on 7.8.23 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairman.
  6. Financial matters: Accounts for payment for August and September and budget figures ytd.
  7. Planning: B/23/0283,  to confirm comments sent in respect of application to vary Condition C2 (approved plans) of permission B/21/0011, erection of 4 detached chalet bungalows at land east of Llewelyn House, Main Road, Wigtoft, to make changes to the drainage design. (in line with Standing Orders of the Parish Council).

To confirm comments sent in respect of application B/23/0227, Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed change of use under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of Agricultural Buildings to 4no. Dwellinghouses (Use Class C) and for building operations necessary for the conversion at Agricultural Building, Land off A17, Wigtoft, Boston PE20 2NX (In line with Standing Orders of the Parish Council).

  4. To decide whether to continue with the current Internal Auditor for the current financial year at a cost of £100 for a mid-year and end of year audit or to investigate other options.
  5. To review the Play Area inspection for August (KR) and to agree who will do the October inspection.
  6. Budget planning – wetpour repairs
  7. To decide on ordering replacement Christmas Lights and when to order them.  
  8. To discuss the email (30/8) from Old Leake Parish Council about the costs of repair/replacing street lights.
  9. To discuss the request for a donation toward the cost of the sausage and mash lunch in December (SS).
