  1. Chairman’s remarks.
  2. Public Forum.
  3. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
  5. Notes of the meeting held on the 2nd of October 2023 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairman.
  6. Financial matters: Accounts for payment for October and budget figures ytd. To decide who will check the quarterly bank reconciliation. To discuss and agree payment of the invoice for £136.50 received from Sutterton Parish Council for the Coronation mugs (included on the accounts for payment list).
  7. Planning: B/23/0347, application for Lawful Development Certificate to confirm that the existing use of the land is for storage and distribution is lawful at Land off Dances Bank, Wigtoft.
  8. Correspondence received since the October meeting.

  11. To review the Play Area inspection for October. The annual inspection is due on the 1.11.23 so no monthly inspection needed.
  12. Budget planning for 1.4.24 to 31.3.25.
  13. To plan for the installation of the new Christmas Lights
  14. To discuss issues raised with Borough Councillor James Cantwell from residents about the footpath near the chicken farm and tree cuttings left on the roadside verge near the council houses and in the dyke near the chicken farm.
  15. To discuss concerns about speeding traffic in the village (KR).
  16. To discuss the request for a donation towards a new boiler from the Village Hall Committee.
