- To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interest.
- Notes of the meeting held on the 20th of January to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chairperson.
- Financial matters: To agree the request for payment of £61.86 to Wigtoft PCC for electricity used to power the Christmas Lights. To discuss the proposed increase in the HP Instant Ink plan from £9.99 to £11.99 (ex-vat). To agree the accounts for payment for January and February 2025 and budget figures ytd. Bank balance £9539.38 as at 25.2.25.To receive and agree the checked bank reconciliation for the period 1.10.24 to 31.12.24 from Cllr Mills.

- To receive feedback from Cllr Mills about a meeting he attended regarding an update to the National Planning Policy on the 24.2.25.
- To discuss and decide if the Parish Council want to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
- To discuss the email from Borough Councillor James Cantwell about the Emergency Group for Fosdyke, Sutterton and Algarkirk villages.
