  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interest.
  5. Notes of the meetings held on the 15th of May 2024 to be confirmed and signed as minutes by the Chair.
  6. Financial matters: Accounts for payment for May and June and budget figures ytd.
  7. Planning: None.
  8. Correspondence received since the May meeting.
  9. Reports from Parish Councillors.
  10. Reports from Borough and County Councillors.
  11. Clerk’s report.
  12. To review the Risk Management document.
  13. To review the play area inspection for June undertaken by Cllr Redhead and decide if any actions are needed. To discuss the damaged seat in the Wildlife Garden. Next inspection to be undertaken by the clerk.
  14. To further discuss the potential purchase of a wheelie bin for the lay by opposite the Council Houses.
  15. To further discuss the New Community Green Spaces Fund in respect of enhancing the playing field and the Wildlife Garden.
  16. To confirm to order the LED lamps to replace the existing non LED ones in the Footway Lighting.
  17. To discuss the email from Lincs Police about Neighbourhood Policing Priority Setting.
